Hello cool change
After enduring 40+ degree days a southerly change has just wiped about 20 degrees away. I think the air con will enjoy a much needed rest. So back to the kitchen we go!

With temperatures soaring in many parts of Australia, stay hydrated and in as cool a place as possible. Check on neighbors and their pets during this time to ensure their safety. Put extra water bowls out for pets, in different places in case one gets tipped over or gets too hot.
