Its that time of year again, get the kids involved and make some delicious gluten free, dairy free Italian Christmas Cookies called Riccarelli. Flavour packed little nuggets of awesomeness. Great with Egg Nog, Mulled Wine, Espresso, Grappa, dessert wine or a milkshake. They make great gifts, keep well for weeks and only have 5 ingredients. WE made them in a Thermomix so you can make them at home and enjoy nthemk well into the new year.
