Caprese Italian Tomato Salad cheekyricho video recipe

We made our homemade Mozzarella cheese and fashioned some of it into little baby Bocconcini, rested them in their whey until chilled and sent Richo out to the herb garden to collect some fresh Basil A few salty capers spangled over sweet vine ripened fresh tomatoes freshly cracked pepper, sea salt flakes and the best extra virgin olive oil makes this colourful tasty salad platter a sight to behold. Perfect for the Christmas table or alfreson dining. We serve it with a littleBalsamic  Vinegar with a glass of anything icy cold for that low carb anti pasta  party food.
