Salted Caramel Popcorn Ice Cream

In the supermarket  few weeks back and a product sample lady offered me a caramel popcorn Icecream sample. Now everyone knows I'm popcorns biggest fan so I didn't need too much convincing. It was nice so by the time I had arrived home from the shops I had formulated a copy of that gourmet Icecream in my head. Now to put the idea into practice. This is what the cheekyricho kitchen came up with. Richo reckons it's much nicer than the expensive store bought stuff.
