400g soy milk ( we have a recipe for that on our channel too)
100g raw cashews
100g raw almonds
150g boiling water
20g apple cider vinegar
100g miso paste
30g cheekyricho concentrated vegetable stock (another of our recipe videos)
2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast (available from health for shops and imparts a cheesy flavour)
2 Tablespoons AgarAgar (a Vegan gelatine substitute made from seaweed)
20g Chia Oil (any mild flavoured vegetable oil will do)
