Lemon chicken
Using the Pressure Cooker we made some avgolemeno and lemon chicken. 2 international recipes from the one chook. Both delicious using home grown organic lemons. It's a little cooler and easier to cook. Both recipes to follow in the coming days. In the meantime check out our uploaded to cheekyricho YouTube Japanese Cotton cheese Cake. My mum said it was the best cake she had ever tasted. And she has tasted plenty of cakes.
