Vegan Gluten Free Strawberry Mousse
We have just made this creamy, pretty vegan, gluten free, fruit dessert using only 3 ingredients in the Thermochef. Something this healthy shouldn't look and taste so good. Just the right amount of sweetness, bright colour, plenty of fibre from the strawberries and no dairy or eggs. Bet you leave room for dessert with this little number.
