Lemon chicken
Using the Pressure Cooker we made some avgolemeno and lemon chicken. 2 international recipes from the one chook. Both delicious using home grown organic lemons. It's a little cooler and easier to cook. Both recipes to follow in the coming days. In the meantime check out our uploaded to cheekyricho YouTube Japanese Cotton cheese Cake.
