Home made cheekyricho banana cake
This moist light delicious banana cake makes good use of those bananas that are a bit too ripe to enjoy as an eating fruit. The developed flavours and sugars in past ripe bananas will have the whole house smelling like a bakery before this cake even leaves the oven.
