Our Mango tree has excelled itself . BUT what to do with hundreds of Mangoes, all ripe at once and presenting themselves as an 'all you can eat Buffet' for the flying foxes. Here in the cheekyricho kitchen we don't like waste bit we do like variety & mangoes. With this delicious summer fruit as our inspiration we invented a magnificent 3 ingredient Mango Mousse and decorated it with some sweet little heart Shaped 2 ingredient mango jellies.
