Introducing our Milo Cookies, using only 5 ingredients, one of which is the Chocolatey, malty milk additive powder made by Nestle. In itself it is Low GI and contains 8 different vitamins and minerals with a delicious taste it works very well as the flavouring for these crisp light chocolate flavoured cookies that are not too sweet, very easy to make and perfect with a glass of cold milk. Richo likes to dunk them in what ever he is drinking but I prefer to eat them just as they are.
If you're not a chocolate fancier and I can't imagine life without the need to indulge in chocolate at almost every opportunity then try our next Cookie , Tah Dah... The Sticky Date Cookie may be more you your taste, it's slightly softer in texture but has a delicious, almost gingerbread flavour, colour and consistency, without the ginger of course. The base of this cookie is prepared in the thermochef which does an excellent job of rendering a pile of dry dates, butter and brown sugar into a sticky smooth creamy date infused sticky sauce, no other method of cooking does the task as well as the thermochef, an egg and some flour completed the recipe and into the oven we go for a completely different morning tea snack. Inside 30 minutes from go to woah for either recipe you are in for a delicious teatime treat. We do hope you get the kids involved in making these healthy little cookies.
