With a hot summer Long Weekend to celebrate Australia Day just around the corner it's time to think about some delicious healthy snacks or finger food to have with wine or beer to enjoy with your friends and family. Presenting Cheekyricho grilled Haloumi with a sticky lightly spice tomato salsa and crunchy fresh crudités.
We Made this in the Flavorchef and it was perfect, herb flavoured finger sticks of Haloumi browned to perfection served with a warm tomato and fresh herb salsa. The vegetables have been cooked down to reduce the moisture content thus concentrating the flavours. It's a winning combination you will want repeat time and again.
