Crunchy Asian Wombok Salad Cheekyricho style

This is such a filling,  tasty, economical, colourful, crunchy, crispy, salad. Yes I'm talking about our Crunchy Asian Wombok Salad. It's so easy to make and is a perfect side, lunchbox treat, picnic packer or complete light yet satisfying meal. For those trying to cut down on meat consumption or if you have already embraced a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, you can't go wrong with this. 1/2 a Nappa Cabbage or Wombok yields a bowl as big as a washing basket full of bright tasty nutritious salad. Fit for a king or your whole family because young and old enjoy this.
We teamed it with some perfectly cooked fresh Tasmanian Salmon and a glass of white wine. It was delicious, healthy, low in fat and too easy to make and eat. We hope you give it a try. Make it ahead of time and dress it just prior to serving. Great for Potlucks, tailgate cooking and picnic or camping trips. Why not make it for your Australia Day Celebration on the 26th on January.
