Teriyaki Pork with Shiitake & Snow Peas

Using our home made Teriyaki Sauce this fantastic Japanese inspired stir fry dish is bound to impress. Filled with crispy pieces of pork ribs, crunchy snow peas and spongy shiitake mushrooms this is healthy, filling and light. We served it with fluffy steamed rice for a perfect quick mid week meal.
