Vegan Gluten Free Strawberry Mousse

We have just made this creamy, pretty vegan, gluten free, fruit dessert using only 3 ingredients in the Thermochef. Something this healthy shouldn't look and taste so good. Just the right amount of sweetness, bright colour, plenty of fibre from the strawberries and no dairy or eggs. Bet you leave room for dessert with this little number. Cranberry Risotto for Sunday Breakfast

It's cold bleak & rainy. Came up with this tummy warming concoction for breakfast. Craisins(dried cranberries) in risotto with low fat high calcium milk, cinnamon and rice bran malt. Pale pink creamy as dessert rice cream but not too sweet. He likes ripe bananas so that's what he had but I indulged in a few raw craisins on my home made yoghurt. Breakfast should taste this good everyday.

Pie maker Eggs Benny

You quite often see Little Piemakers at garage or yard sales. They are cheap to buy nowadays usually between $10 to $20 at department stores. They are seriously under utilised. We made beautiful tender eggs with a lightly soft yolk and crispy lean bacon in our piemaker this morning for breakfast a drizzle with hollandaise sauce and your piemaker eggs Benny is ready in just 3 minutes. Less time than it takes to boil an egg and infinitely tastier. I told you we were bringing some yummy breakfast ideas your way this week. Got a new job

I pulled my vacuum apart today because the bushes in the motor had worn out. Contacted local vacuum man to buy some more and somehow ended getting talked into minding His shop for the next 2 days, as he has an urgent family matter to attend to, 1000 kilometres away. I know absolutely nothing about running a vacuum cleaner shop. By the end of day 2 I guess ( hope) I'll know more. Wish me luck.
