Did you know it is so versatile you can cook entire meals in a short period of time with little or no effort on your part? This is our version of a savoury rice dish also known as Dirty Rice. Traditionally cooked with chicken livers, it is a signature dish from the southern states of America. I was unable to get chicken livers for this dish, feel free to add them with the mince if you wish. This is a hearty low fat meal that serves four people so it's really economical as well.
