This is my mothers favourite Cheesecake sort of a modified version of our ever popular Japanese Cotton Cheesecake but a much more simplified version. Very economical serves 10 with a low carb delicious moist melt in the mouth delight. Serve it straight up or dress it some warm banana and strawberry compote. Either way this ones a keeper. Check out the simple recipe in our cheekyricho YouTube channel http://youtu.be/R39OoQtbj9U
