Return to Townsville

We loved the place so much we had to return. By this time Richo had decided he had to have Korean for lunch so we found out about a Korean Restaurant called Zizigo Bibigo and I had Bibimbap whilst he had a meat an vegetable dish with some sort if tuna/mayo paste with rice . The interesting thing is they had these built in bbqs at some of the tables. I was keen to try it but Richo preferred the idea of someone else cooking for him in a restaurant. He said we could've cooked it ourselves in the park like last time. Still it would've been nice to see these in action.
Richo had a sizzle plate with the less spicy option.
Middle of winter and we had a swim for over an hour in the sea pool. It was superb, spectacular outlook, immaculately kept, with pathways, fishing platforms, play grounds, bbqs seating, a lifeguard tower and disabled ramps and steps. If you only have time to do one thing in Townsville, make sure you visit here. This time of year and there are no stingers and the water was about 23 degrees. The breeze was warm and balmy and the pool side cold shower was brrr-invigorating. There is even a pool side coffee shop and restaurant.

Call me unobservant but this is the first time I have seen these electric car top stations. With special parking restrictions just for buzz cars the view of the strand and ocean while you top up your batteries was really beautiful.
Tilly is a female dog but judging by her interest these power up posts are also of special interest to male dogs.
