Cherry Eton Mess
I had fun making the melted snowmen for Christmas gifts but somehow ended up with spare meringue so I decided to make an Eton Mess. With visitors coming for Christmas and Cherries being at the their peak I adapted the traditional recipe to suit the festive season. Cherry Eton Mess using only 3 ingredients looks pretty, tastes delicious and is incredibly easy to make.
