Roast Leg Of Lamb in a Pressure Cooker

Moist Sticky succulent Lamb with all the nutrients retained cooked in a pressure cooker. The vegetables have had a bathe in some rich stock and then browned in the Actifry you won't believe the tenderness and intense flavour imparted by this moist method cooking.
Works with beef and pork although you won't get the crackling on the pork.
