Cheekyricho Pickled Ginger recipe

Richo asked me what I needed in town and I asked him to grab a piece of fresh ginger at the fruit shop. No where in that conversation was the quantity of over a kilo of ginger mentioned.

So here I am busily trying to use up a fruit bowl full of ginger in a couple of days. A jar full ofPickled  Ginger, Ginger and Zlenon Jam, ginger and Shallot Chicken. made in the Tefal Cook 4
